Welcome to Chemstuk. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. General
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all online orders placed through the Chemstuk website.
1.2 Chemstuk reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
2. Product Information
2.1 We aim to display accurate product descriptions, technical data, colours, and images. However, variations may occur due to screen differences, raw material changes, or batch variations.
2.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for their intended application. Please refer to the Technical Data Sheet (TDS) or seek advice before ordering.
2.3 It is the customer’s responsibility to check and confirm the colour before application.
2.4 Colours may vary due to batch differences, surface conditions, lighting, application method, or tinting limitations.
2.5 Chemstuk is not responsible for any colour variation, mismatch, or difference noticed after application, including issues caused by incorrect mixing, insufficient stirring, or applying without a sample test.
2.6 We strongly recommend performing a test patch prior to full application to ensure colour suitability.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Chemstuk reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
3.3 Payment must be received in full before your order is processed or dispatched.
3.4 Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods listed at checkout.
4. Order Processing
4.1 Orders are processed during business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
4.2 You will receive an order confirmation via email once payment is approved.
4.3 Chemstuk may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, there is an error in pricing, suspected fraud, or if required by law. Customers will be notified and refunded in such cases.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier availability. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout.
5.2 Chemstuk is not liable for delays caused by couriers, transport issues, natural events, or factors outside our control.
5.3 Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been handed to the courier.
5.4 It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery or incorrect addresses.
6. Click & Collect
6.1 Collection is available only after you receive confirmation that your order is ready.
6.2 A valid order confirmation or ID may be required at pickup.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
7.1 Due to the nature of chemical and coating products, returns are only accepted for unused, unopened products in original condition, within 14 days of purchase.
7.2 Returns must be approved by Chemstuk before sending items back.
7.3 Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
7.4 Chemstuk will replace or refund faulty or damaged products in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
7.5 Products that have been tinted, mixed, custom-made, or partially used cannot be returned unless faulty. Any colour variation or mismatch is not classified as a product fault. Chemstuk accepts no responsibility for colour differences noticed after application.
8. Warranties & Liability
8.1 All products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
8.2 Chemstuk is not responsible for:
- Incorrect application or installation
- Use contrary to TDS/instructions
- Surface preparation issues
- Environmental conditions affecting performance
8.3 Our liability is limited to replacing the product or refunding the purchase price, except where prohibited by law.
9. Safety & Usage
9.1 Many of our products are industrial coatings or chemicals. Always refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use.
9.2 The customer is responsible for ensuring safe handling, storage, and application in accordance with Australian safety standards.
10. Privacy Policy
10.1 Chemstuk collects personal information for order processing, delivery, and support purposes.
10.2 By placing an order, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
10.3 We do not store full credit card details or share your information with third parties except where required to fulfil your order.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 All content on the Chemstuk website—including branding, text, images, and technical documents—is owned by Chemstuk and may not be copied or reused without permission.
12. Governing Law
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
12.2 Any disputes will be handled in the relevant Victorian courts or tribunals.

CHEMSTUK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL CHEMSTUK BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE INVOICED PRICE.
FULL INTEGRATION
This represents the entire agreement between the parties. Customer agrees and acknowledges that no representations or warranties of any kind have been made by Chemstuk or its employees other than those expressly stated herein. The parties’ agreement herein for the purchase of the product(s) supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements regarding the subject matter hereof and all such agreements are deemed to have been waived or incorporated into the terms herein and are no longer of any force or effect. All modifications to the order shall be in writing (letter, email or facsimile).
MEDIA
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
COOKIES
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
